Wedding planning & coordination
We have a dedicated Wedding Planner at Byron Bay Weddings who will work with you to look after all the finer details and logistics of your wedding at Frida’s Field. As the premier wedding planners in the region they have organised thousands of local weddings, know all the local suppliers, and fully understand the ins-and-outs of having a wedding at Frida’s Field. They will help you to personalise the look and feel of your day; design your furniture and decor layout, create a seating plan and event agenda with you to ensure smooth event flow, help you select your suppliers; liaise with your suppliers to confirm all of the logistics and timings for arrival, setup and departure to ensure everything runs smoothly. Byron Bay Weddings will assist with bringing your wedding day together and then handover to our in-house on-the-day Wedding Coordinator who will ensure every detail you have planned is executed flawlessly by your suppliers and our catering team.
Wedding inclusions
For weddings at Frida’s Field we provide cutlery, crockery, glassware, serveware, walnut bentwood reception chairs, and 20 large wooden trestle tables for up to 120 people (if you would like to go beyond 120 people you may just need to hire in a few extra bits and pieces). To give you the flexibility to customise the look and feel of your day, we partner with The Wedding Shed to provide your ceremony and cocktail hour furniture as well as any additional decorative elements and styling that you would like to enhance the space with - they have a stunning collection of items to choose from and a creative team of seasoned professional wedding stylists.
